TrivHost's billing system is automated. This means that invoices and payments are automatically created and processed. If you add a credit card through my account/profile, you will be charged automatically. If you want to turn off automatic billing, you need to delete the saved credit card from your account. The account will be deactivated 15 days after the invoice payment date. If the amount in the account is overdue, all services will be disabled until the payment is sent. This can happen if your credit card is not available in the file, or if you did not turn on automatic billing and forgot to send the payment manually. If the invoice is still not paid, the account will be cancelled 50 days after the invoice date. We do not back up closed accounts.
